Raylene Willcox
My name is Raylene Willcox I own and manage RMI alongside my daughter Christene Chambers. Family has always been at the center of my life. Meal times were something I looked forward to because it meant spending quality time with loved ones! In fact, if I had to pick a favorite part of the day it would definitely be sitting around the table enjoying something tasty with those I love. Providing delicious food is one of my love languages.
Though I spent my life serving others in a number of different ways, I have always had a dream of owning my own business through which I could bless others. So when the opportunity arose to go into business with my daughter- it was a no brainer.
Christene Chambers
In many ways I am my mother’s daughter. I have always loved eating her delicious food! I also share her passion of creating a business in which I could bless others. Most of my career has been spent in the food industry. So the transition into opening our own restaurant has seemed natural and exciting.
We look forward to exceeding the ordinary with our delicious food and icy treats!
